Job Title: Assembly Supervisor

Job Description

The Assembly Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the assembly department, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Assembly Supervisor will also assist hands-on with mechanical assembly and will lead a team of 6-8 people in the Assembly department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assembly department.

• Ensure production schedules are met.

• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols.

• Assist hands-on with mechanical assembly.

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 people.

• Implement and oversee lean manufacturing processes.

• Utilize ERP systems to pull parts from bins during the assembly process.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical management experience.

• Experience with lean manufacturing.

• Proficiency in ERP systems.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
