Overview:

Xerox Company, is seeking a Print Shop Lead to bring his or her office organizational prowess, expert attention to detail, service orientation and highly motivated drive to provide high quality office management and sales as the Print Shop Lead at Cuyahoga Community College located in Cleaveland,OH. Additionally, the Print Shop Lead should be an expert communicator in person and over email, phone and video calls as well as remain flexible to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a positive relationship with Tri-C representatives to ensure high quality service and support.

  • High focus on outside sales revenue by maintaining community interaction to increase sales volume.

  • Knowledge of operating digital presses and setting up/imposing various types of print jobs through automated workflows

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point.

  • Managing various MIS Reports

  • Collection of billing data and analyzing the data collected from various sources to prepare billing reports

  • Collection of call (ticket) data from various sources to prepare SLA report.

Requirements (Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands):

  • Strong awareness of safety aspects of position due to exposure to moving mechanical parts

  • Must occasionally lift up and/or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to visually operate equipment and inspect work (color, print quality)

  • Must be able to hear auditory alarms, speak, concentrate, analyze, and solve complex issues throughout the course of the workday

  • Ability to work on a personal computer (PC) including repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse for extended periods throughout the course of the workday

  • Must be able to read and comprehend equipment functionality and instructions throughout the course of the workday

  • Ability to perform basic routine equipment maintenance on copier equipment (clear jams etc.)

  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch throughout the course of the workday

  • Ability to drive from and to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred

  • Ambitious, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, willingness to do whatever it takes, and proven ability to succeed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong office management skills

  • Sales experience

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Apple and/or Android products

  • Ability to anticipate the needs for the office and customers

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Responsible, trustworthy and conscientious, with outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent follow through

  • Gracious professionalism, service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills and judgment

  • Results oriented with the ability to take charge when needed

  • Ability and willingness to be flexible, adapt, and "wear many hats”

  • Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record
