As part of the R&D organization, the application software team in Brno is responsible for the development of application software for Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM). Metrios is one type of them, it is using machine learning for automated high-quality data collection, fitting for the semiconductor industry. It simplifies automation, helping labs automatically measure critical dimensions during development or manufacturing.

We are looking for a software development intern for Metrios team.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the architecture of software systems and subsystems.

• Read and understand requirement documents on a subsystem level.

• Collaborate with the team, communicate effectively, all within SCRUM framework.

• Contribute to development of feature sets, product enhancement, or new applications.

• Create and maintain C# code, and explore Web development with TypeScript

• Test and document test results. Create unit tests.

• Use GIT to work with the source code.

Requirements:

• University student (bachelor’s or master’s) or doctoral candidate.

• Basic knowledge of .NET and C#.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Active and creative approach to problem-solving.

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

• Eager to keep learning and share what you know with the team.
