Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with customers, Thermo Fisher colleagues, and shipping companies.

• Manage customs procedures and communicate effectively with customs declarants to ensure adherence to all regulations.

• Process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and CMR sheets, with a focus on accuracy and promptness.

• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing export processes and formalities, thereby improving efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure meticulous compliance with our logistics system, maintaining precise, comprehensive, and timely communication.

• Perform screening of individual transactions, covering entities and goods, to uphold compliance with legal and company standards.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Seeking a high school graduate or university degree holder, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of export logistics operations.

• The ideal candidate is an independent, communicative, and proactive individual who possesses logical thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications and have an understanding of ERP systems; experience with QAD is a significant advantage.

• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to make operational decisions under time pressure are required.
