Position reports to Service Global Planning and Item Master groups.

Position will focus on digitization and reporting improvements of key business data that is not stored in IT systems today.

Project will involve data analysis and testing of Supply Chain data as it migrates from manually generated Excel reports to new data lake accessed through a PBI platform.

The position will help Planning and Item Master teams improve the functionality of reports.

Examples of reports which may be assigned include:

• Create a new report to improve the supply planning calculation of service Last Time Buy quantities.

• Copy an existing report, and customize it for the Open Market team, to more efficiently identify and review their actions required to support repair of product no longer available from original suppliers.

  Working hours are 20 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Student of business, IT or related field

• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Power Bi is a plus

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
