We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our IT Services team in Bristol, Pennsylvania. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for supporting end users or computer networks, diagnosing and solving significant problems, and mentoring level 1 employees and interns.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users and computer networks, addressing complex issues such as viruses, printer problems, and network connectivity issues

• Mentor level 1 employees and interns, helping them learn how to solve issues and assist users

• Demonstrate full understanding and working knowledge of Cisco switches & firewalls

• Manage and troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and offer general support of Windows desktops and networks

• Document tasks accomplished in a ticketing system and update documentation as systems change

• Utilize knowledge of virtual servers and Citrix

• Work with server-based applications

• Utilize knowledge and experience with Microsoft Desktop Operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11)

• Handle iOS and Android mobile platforms

• Operate Microsoft Windows Server 2012 r2, 2016, 2019

• Work with firewalls such as SonicWall

• Utilize skills in Comptia Network+, Computer networking, Basic Troubleshooting, SonicWall, Microsoft Windows Server, Citrix, ASA Firewall, Barracuda Spam Firewall, Cisco ASA Firewall, Fiber Switches, and MS Office 365.

Requirements

• Possess a valid CompTIA Network+ certification.

• Demonstrated expertise in computer networking.

• Proficient in basic troubleshooting of network issues.

• Experience with SonicWall network security solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.

• Familiarity with Citrix virtualization software.

• Experience with ASA Firewall configuration and management.

• Knowledge of Barracuda Spam Firewall operations.

• Demonstrated skills in Cisco ASA Firewall management.

• Proficiency in managing Fiber Switches.

• Proficient in using MS Office 365 for business operations.
