This is a multi-skilled role where you will complete a variety of activities depending on the demand at the time, allowing you to gain extensive knowledge across HR policies and processes. This means you will create great working relationships with colleagues in the areas you support and build specialist knowledge of how they function, enabling us to deliver an even better colleague experience.

What you'll be doing

•Provide a consistent and high-quality service while being flexible to work across boundaries.

•Learn and adapt to a variety of systems and mechanisms to support day-to-day operations.

•Manage administrative tasks related to your workflow (including bespoke routes) effectively, diligently, and within defined SLAs.

•Act as a point of contact for existing colleagues and new joiners, answering any questions and providing any HR support they need.

•Liaise with the wider HR community to respond to queries and escalate to HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for complex cases.

•Contribute to the wider HR Transformation agenda by consistently applying a continuous improvement lens to your work.

•Work closely with other internal teams to support and resolve problems.

•Brand ownership – understand and be aware of your own personal brand to support the business goals of being Personal, Simple, and Brilliant.

Skills and experience

Confidentiality: Understand the need for confidentiality in regard to documents processed, systems maintained and access to confidential material within the HR community.

Collaboration: Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues to deliver a first class service, be seen as personable & support each other to achieve SLAs & overcome problems.

Continuous Improvement: To continually look at ways of improving process and procedures within the HR function to improve the level of support provided to the customer.

IT Competency: Able to learn how to use internal systems quickly and efficiently

Colleague Experience: Delivering a service which goes above and beyond our colleagues expectations, especially when it comes to resolving problems. Showing the customer (our colleagues) how important they are by always interacting in a helpful & positive way.

Communication & Relationships: Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with existing colleagues or new joiners to the business in a clear, supportive and friendly manner as well as building good & trustworthy relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and the wider business.
