Hours: Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Pay: $25 or better based on related Exp.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator/Programmer? You’ll be:

• Ensuring work is flowing and deploying proper resources to meet schedules.

• Operating and maintaining all CNC shop equipment to produce parts as directed.

• Machining complex prototype and production parts and assembled products.

• Inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet blueprint tolerances.

• Documenting and maintaining inspection reports and material specifications.

• Writing and modifying programs, and programming the machine control as required.

• Providing training and guidance to less experienced workers.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of machine tool experience.

• Have expertise in the use of CNC equipment.

• Have the ability to work independently with minimal support and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

• Can perform all CNC operations and have a high skill level on all types of CNC equipment.

• Have a strong understanding of geometric tolerances.

• Understand G-Code enough to write programs and program the machine control.

• Can read micrometers, verniers, and other measuring equipment.

• Can read and fully understand/interpret complex blueprints/written specs.
