About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that will provide vital support to both DOR and FOM, along with playing a key role in managing the administrative tasks of our Front Office and Housekeeping teams.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Completing specific checklists, running reports and preparing for upcoming arrivals.

  • Blocking reservations, including VIPs, balancing room categories

  • Preparing GEM notes for VIP guests

  • Assisting FOM and AFOM with incoming crew blocks

  • Coordinating and preparing for group arrivals by reviewing group resumes and handling any specific billing or reservation requests

  • Assisting with guest feedback and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Ability to train and assist training the team and the stakeholders

  • Success in this role requires proven multi-tasking abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for connecting with people
