Triumph Financial, Inc. Card Services Specialist in Brighton, Colorado

Job Description Position Summary The Card Services Specialist, provides support to branch operations for ATM, debit cards, perform account and system maintenance and various other areas for support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Process maintenance requests on the debit card portfolio, received from branch retail staff.

Quality check documents in the Card Services Director Workflow

Quality control debit card maintenance performed by retail branch operations.

Process returned cards as received, log, put message on Navigator.

Send returned debit cards as instructed by branch retail staff.

Ensure proper authority is obtained for POS/ATM limits and Velocity limits.

Quality control daily debit card orders to ensure cards are correctly ordered.

Process compromised card lists as received from Fiserv.

Assist with audits of instant issue and Temporary card stock maintained by Card Services.

Assist with receiving new card stock from vendors.

Assist with the review of procedures to ensure they are up to date with any process changes.

Verify cards on the monthly re-issue report from Fiserv to ensure card information is correct.

Assist Retail Branch Operations with questions, and problems concerning debit cards.

Back-up for review and input of Wires.

Provide exceptional internal customer services and answer and/or assist with questions or issues from Retail Staff or other departments.

Other duties as assigned. Experience

High school diploma or (GED) required.

One to two years in a retail banking environment preferred.

Knowledge of rules and regulations related to Deposit Accounts and debit cards.

Skills & Abilities Required

Excellent verbal communication skills required.

Excellent Customer Service skills

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).

Ability to work in a confined area

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone

Specific vision abilities are required by this job due to computer work

Light to moderate lifting is required
