Job Purpose: TheEquipment Maintenance Supervisorenhances the profitability and long-term sustainability of Dynamic Aviation by managing and leading a team to complete preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment to include but not limited to Ground Support Equipment, Forklifts, Farm equipment, and over the road vehicles.

Duties:

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule

• Hire and train shop employees

• Maintain records for all equipment and programs

• Prioritize and assign tasks to the team members based on urgency and importance

• Coordinate with fleet operators and other departments to understand their repair and maintenance needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Oversee the scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure that all work is completed within set timelines

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching to team members for personal and professional growth

• Ensure regulatory compliance for the CDL program

• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing programs/systems and/or supervising direct reports

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment

• Detailed and organized with the ability to lead, multi-task and meet deadlines

• Ability to adapt/respond appropriately to changing circumstances
