Amneal Pharmaceuticals Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Description:

The Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing is responsible for creating and implementing the brand strategy and omnichannel marketing plan for several in-market and pipeline products in the Amneal Biosciences portfolio across core audiences including providers, payers, wholesaler/distributors, and patients. The Senior Manager is expected to plan and lead the launch of new products including driving commercial activities and influencing cross functional teams. The person in this role will benefit from a skill set that incorporates strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong track record of execution, and the ability to manage and prioritize the activities for several products at any given time to drive corporate objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCT PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Responsibility to create and present brand strategy and tactical plan for all managed brands across provider, payer, wholesaler/distributor and patient audiences, including all brand goals, objectives, critical success factors and tactical activities to be completed within the fiscal year and beyond. Develop messaging and materials to support the educational needs of the core audiences. Lead implementation of tactics to drive the overall brand and strategic goals including but not limited to assets for personal promotion, speaker slides, and non-personal initiatives (i.e. website development, digital media). Manage and drive forward launch planning activities for new products including goal setting, timeline and milestone development, leadership over cross functional team meetings across multiple stakeholders (including commercial, market access, manufacturing, regulatory, legal, investor relations, corporate communications), gain alignment across team members, track and provide critical updates to team, and mitigate risks. Manage a team of agency partners by setting the strategic vision for the brand and tactics, lead all marketing reviews, provide direction for PRC submission, and ensure projects achieve goals including appropriate scope, timelines, and budget. Develop KPIs and ways to measure and track the performance of tactics in the market. Collaborate with sales and manufacturing to create and maintain a demand forecast for managed brands. Build relationships with legal, medical affairs, regulatory affairs to ensure appropriate review of marketing pieces and compliance with marketing guidelines. Manage brand budgets within the guidance set by senior leadership. Manage marketing portion of patient hub services program, including integration of new products

  • INSIGHTS GENERATION Identify insight needs for core audiences and participate in gathering activities such as market research, ad boards, field insights, etc. Collaborate with Strategic Marketing Insights lead to generate questions that will garner appropriate feedback on strategy, messaging, and tactical roll out for managed brands. Lead internal field advisory board meetings and generate insights that lead to continuous improvement.

  • COMMUNICATION and PARTNERSHIP Create internal and external communication strategy including deployment of marketing tactics to relevant users and to sharing information about relevant market events. Deliver presentations on brand and messaging strategies and roll out tactical plan to internal personnel at National Sales Meetings and on calls. Collaborate with sales, GPO relations, market access, and trade teams to partner and listen for customer and team needs. Serve as the commercial point for cultivating professional relationships with patient advocacy organizations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracting, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure brand(s) stay within budget

  • Attend and participate in conferences/meetings nationwide.
