YOUR ROLE

• Provide technical support to Henkel networking plants including Enoree (SC - USA), Memphis (TN - USA) and Guadalupe (MX) including extension of shelf life, non-sales inventory decisions, quality support, process optimization support.

• Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.

• Lead portfolio changes and communicate with other areas as pairs and stakeholders

• Explore cost and improvement opportunities.

• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.

• Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies .

• Actively participate in regional and global product optimization meetings and decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product management, sales/business, application engineers and sourcing/purchasing teams to effectively keep existing portfolio readily available and cost optimized as possible.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements.

• Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences.

YOUR SKILLS

• At least 5 years of experience in adhesive technologies on technical roles

• Experience on ADP MOC and Albert

• Agility

• Customer centric focus

• High level of communication skills

• Risk assessment based on data analysis

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
