Transversal cooperation skills will be critical as this role has a high degree of overlap with multiple internal functions. In addition to internal stakeholder engagement, this candidate will also be successful if they bring a vendor management toolset to the table. The ability to ensure alignment of Sanofi and vendor business process to ensure timelines are met for key deliverables will be critical.
You will be joining the Established Products Patient Support Services Team within the US General Medicines business unit. This team is responsible for delivering unique patient solutions and affordability programs to support the Established Product Portfolio. This position is responsible for the management of patient support program materials related to Sanofi’s Established Products portfolio, to include website, email, letters, vendor training materials and communications required for our patient programs. A high level of organization and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as vendors providing clear direction for material updates. Managing the submission to the Medical, Legal, Regulatory system and digital asset database. This person will be integrated within the Patient Support Service team to support team members in executing the operational requirements for Sanofi’s General Medicines copay programs, to maintain consistency amongst our brands, maximize operating performance and ensure compliance with laws.

Main Responsibilities:
The role’s key responsibilities will be the management of program assets and their processing through Review Committee (RC) including:
Submission of materials in a timely manner to be included in appropriate format and within prescribed calendar deadlines
Program management with cross function teams (GTMC, Commercial Ops, Quality, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, etc.) to ensure flawless execution of programs
RC meeting agenda review and stakeholder communication with commentary and material annotations
Vendor feedback, revision, response, and resubmission, management
Management of walk on and emergency review process where needed
Maintain materials job tracker with expiration dates to ensure no lapse in material validity before expiration dates
Manage vendors and provide appropriate oversight by communicating material revisions required to ensure effective delivery of all materials
Manage material destruction, as needed
Manage content development partners to ensure timely creation of relevant content that supports program messaging and objectives
Support to the Patient Support Services team:
Support the overall program management of the Company’s copay programs including assisting with cross-functional coordination of project plans, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
Support internal stakeholders’ strategy and program design, reporting and analytics, and evaluation activities related to copay programs.
Support the vendor management activities for copay programs including operational requirements for RFPs, vendor selection, and relationship management, support alignment with legal and compliance requirements. Assist with the development & management of contractual agreements with strategic third-party vendors for services. Support continual evaluation of program vendors via KPI’s to measure results.
Support the development of budget for copay program centralized functions; assist the Brands with the development of their copay program budgets including administrative fees and reimbursement costs.
Support best practices, including benchmarking Sanofi programs against competitor programs, in order to generate insights and recommendations to enhance our program effectiveness and execution results.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
College degree required, bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in business administration, finance, marketing is preferred
Minimum 2 years of business experience in the pharma/healthcare sector, with exposure to regulatory requirements and compliance and vendor management a plus. Consulting or equivalent experience also considered

Demonstrated critical thinking skills to manage changing priorities and make decisions to ensure delivery of results
Strong business acumen to present and operationalize innovative and actionable tactical plans with strong alignment across different stakeholders
Network capabilities to learn from and work with different teams, departments, customers and vendors
Ability to foster creativity and innovative solution development through champion new ideas with focus on delivery of results
Strong MS Office tools skill set
Occasionally there are meetings with teams or individuals outside the US that start before 8:00 in the morning, which we are expected to participate. Additionally, where appropriate, occasional travel to vendor sites may be possible
