In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of various projects of a less complex nature within Global Operations reagent manufacturing including critical raw materials, bulks, vials and kits to launch new products. This individual will be supporting design transfer activities from Development to Operations from original concept through commercialization and supply chain set-up. Interfaces with all areas affected or supporting the project. Responsible for assembling project timeline, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery including monitoring budget/spending

The Opportunity

  • Project Team Support and Decision Making: Manages project team information to aid project team, LCT, and LCC in decision-making processes.

  • Quality Implementation and Risk Management: Ensures quality execution in areas such as project risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation and analysis, budget management, and robust planning.

  • Proactive Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Identifies and communicates issues proactively to a wide range of stakeholders and ensures continuous engagement.

  • Integrated Project Planning and Coordination: Creates, coordinates, and maintains integrated project plans using the Project & Portfolio Management Tool (PPM), and manages preparation for project milestone reviews.

  • Meeting and Process Management: Organizes and executes project management processes, including setting meeting agendas, managing meeting times, documenting minutes, and following best practices to foster continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or business administration with 2-5 years project management, product development and/or relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Problem solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Basic stakeholder management and facilitation skills

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg, NJ is $71,000 - $131,00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
