Our enterprise global client has an immediately New Jersey Hybrid or possible remote job for an experienced Microsoft 365 engineer with Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix experience.

Candidate will help support new large projects and initiatives and should have solid Citrix and VDI experience in an enterprise enviroment.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of all Microsoft 365 workloads. You'll optimize and manage these services to enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Infrastructure Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 infrastructure components, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and security protocols.

• PowerShell: Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, manage user accounts, and streamline administrative processes. Proficiency in PowerShell is crucial for this role.

• Security and Compliance: Implement security policies through various security products including Microsoft Defender, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance measures within Microsoft 365. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities promptly.

• User Support and Training: Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user training. You'll be the go-to person for Microsoft 365-related queries.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive successful Microsoft 365 initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications: Relevant(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.

• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including migrations and hybrid setups.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune/SCCM, Windows Server.

• Experience with Virtual Desktop/Application streaming platforms (W365, AVD, and etc.)

• Experience with operating IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, and SAML/SCIM.

• Ability to automate solutions using Azure Policy, Terraform, and PowerShell tools.

• Remediating alerts and advisories relating to the M365 environment as appropriate.

• Supporting the business in adopting M365 services such as OneDrive, Intune, Power Apps and anything else in the Microsoft EUC arena.

• Keep abreast of M365 and EUC technology enhancements and work with business stakeholders to understand where and how these can be implemented to the benefit of the company.
