Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with exceptional work behaviors to join our team as a JJT Principal, Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan Product Group. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) position will use technical acuity to deliver high impact products and solutions to address the evolving needs of the Plan department. TPM serves as a critical point of contact for other technology functions and Plan business leaders to identify and prioritize technology solutions to drive business impact and lead the consistent implementation of these solutions. They will exhibit strong influence and passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to overall JJT strategy. TPM will ensure that value is realized by the business through the JJT capabilities implemented. TPM should understand external capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for J&J.

In this role, the TPM will shape the planning system product roadmaps, coordinate the development and management of OMP capabilities, and ensure the platform and its services have operational efficiencies for ongoing maintainability and support.

Responsibilities:

  • An OMP domain authority to provide technical guidance to internal teams.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends related to supply chain planning and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product requirements, features, and roadmap.

  • Lead the development and execution of the vision plan product strategy, ensuring flawless implementation and adoption.

  • Drive product development and enhancements through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, using agile methodology.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the product meets the highest quality standards. Works with Technology Services to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the portfolio of solutions.

  • Partners with Business Product Owners (s), leaders of other product groups and JJTS and vendors for solution assessments, integrations, and joint architecture designs.

  • Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and drive business success.

  • Co-manages budget and provide estimates. Accountable for the total cost of ownership optimization of plan products.

  • Tracks progress of product development and deployment. Reports back to the business on status on the delivery of key achievements across the program. Ensures high level of predictability in the delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any field relevant to the job.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.

  • Experience in OMP Plus Planning software, SAP ECC, and systems integrations.

  • Demonstrated understanding of E2E Supply chain processes – e.g, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Advanced planning capabilities.

  • Proficient in working with agile/scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Strong knowledge of systems product development in regulated industry.

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a strong background of effectively working with cross-functional teams.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strict attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality products on time.

  • Exceptional communication and social skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations and documentation.

  • Experienced leading large, culturally diverse, global teams.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
