YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive market growth plan that aligns with the strategic objectives for the business, portfolio, and applications in the related market segments

  • Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to position the related portfolio for maximum impact strategically.

  • Develop strategies to optimize product mix, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.

  • Collaborate with regional Market & Application management, product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product positioning and messaging strategy.

  • Develop and deliver market and customer activation programs with this cohesive messaging strategy to be executed globally

  • Oversee the integration of different portfolios coming from mergers and acquisitions, ensuring they are seamlessly incorporated into Henkel’s market model and ERP system.

  • Ensure the collective portfolio supports Henkel’s long-term growth and profitability goals.

  • Continuously evaluate the portfolio's performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, portfolio management, M&A integration, or strategic business roles.

  • Proven track record in successfully integrating acquired companies and their portfolios preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP and experience with ERP system integration

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and drive change effectively.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers through an integrated and high-performing portfolio.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align strategic portfolio goals.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide cross functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and plans in response to changing market conditions and business needs.

The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $175,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
