Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce Operations Coordinator in Bridgeton, New Jersey
Responsibilities and Accountability: * Perform a multitude of administrative and office support activities * Assist with all GVCC events. Events include - but are not limited to - ribbon cuttings, networking, committee meetings, luncheons, seminars, special events and all major annual events * Assist with creation and coordination of marketing materials for members, events and campaigns * First point of contact for phone calls and visitors * Assist with all aspects of organization's operations under the direction of the Executive Director
Working Relationships: * This position reports directly to the Executive Director and all activities are done under the direction of the Executive Director * Works as a ream with entire office staff * Contact with Chamber members, Board Directors, volunteers, and the general public
Position Requirements: * Must be very organized, detail oriented and proactive * Must have professional demeanor and positive attitude * Must possess problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn * Must be able to organize time and work independently * Must be able to represent the Chamber positively and effectively with a wide variety of people from the business community, local government, organizations, and of the community at large * Must be highly proficient with technology, all Microsoft Office programs, and a quick learner with a variety of software
Hours: 16 to start Rate of Pay: $20 depending on candidate Benefits: None as it's part-time
