Assist with personal care - bathing, oral hygiene, care of skin, hair, nails, elimination, dressing, positioning, use of special equipment and medication reminding. Assist with homemaking tasks-meal planning, preparation of regular simple modified diets, feeding, laundry, light housekeeping and shopping. Document daily care. Report to Nurse Supervisor any incidents/accidents or changes in client's conditions immediately. Adhere to role models behavior for all staff which reflects respect for all policies regarding patient's rights and confidentiality.

Complete training program in personal care services or equivalent exam approved by the New York State Department of health. AGENCY PROVIDES FREE TRAINING FOR CERTIFICATION. Capable of transferring bed bound patients. Capable of utilizing patient care equipment. Capable of assuming physical activities of housekeeping.

Must have a phone or be able to be contacted. Must also have a physical exam and MMR, COVID vaccine, PPD/QuantiFERON. Salary varies per job.

Will accept CNA, HHA, Patient Tech, or CDPAP experience. Salary is not negotiable.
