Job Description

The Nordic Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guests select the appropriate ski equipment and are fully informed on the correct use of Nordic gear. This role is vital in helping guests have a safe and enjoyable experience on the trails, providing expert advice and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities

• Make boot and binding adjustments

• Assist guest in choosing the right equipment and size

• Help guests fill out all required rental paperwork

• Make course recommendations

• Provide guests with Resort information

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Must have excellent guest service skills

• Must be attentive to detail

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
