Title: Accounting Manager - Contract/Contract-to-hire

Location: Brentwood, Tennessee (hybrid)

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, where you will be tasked with managing accounting functions, supporting new initiatives, and overseeing staff. This position is within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of QuickBooks Desktop and prepare for conversion to Quickbooks Online

• Support 340-B initiatives within the organization

• Manage and perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations

• Prepare, review and post journal entries to the general ledger

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Manage month-end close process

Requirements

• Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation skills are required.

• Familiarity with General Ledger management is crucial.

• The ability to create and manage Journal Entries is important.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required.

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry would be a plus

• Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks is needed.
