We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment. * * What you’ll do: As aSenior HRIS Analyst, Payroll, you will support the Advanced Compensation functionality at Lifepoint, ensure HCM configuration for outsourced benefits, and collaborate with HR and Finance to optimize system processes and insourced payroll in Oracle. * * Responsibilities: * System Development:Administers, configures, and maintains UKG payroll processes, workflow, and reporting. * Subject Matter Expert:Provides HRIS payroll expertise to HR and Finance, assists with business issues, and collaborates on projects involving system configuration and workflow. * System Maintenance:Reviews, tests, and implements system upgrades, notifying customers of impacts. * Reporting:Creates, maintains, and supports reports, assists in developing standard reports, and analyzes data for process improvements. * Projects/Process Improvement:Resolves issues, recommends solutions, and drives optimization and compliance with policies and legal changes. * User Support:Troubleshoots issues, identifies training needs, maintains data integrity, and provides HRIS payroll technical assistance. * Training:Develops documentation and procedures, trains new users, and ensures successful change implementation. * System Integration:Manages HRIS Compensation processes and interfaces between HR and third-party systems, enhancing efficiency for enterprise initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • *Education: *Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent working experience.
  • *Experience: *Minimum of 5 years in payroll processing; 3 years’ experience in payroll implementation.
