What you’ll do:
The Manager, Order and Backorder Management, monitors overall backorder status and supplier performance. Additionally, the Manager Order and Backorder Management, supports network and supplier issue resolution around escalated and urgent product backorders.

· Monitors overall backorder status and supplier performance
· Proactively resolve inventory risks at sites to prevent patient care impacts from backordered supplies
· Supports network and supplier issue resolution around escalated and urgent product backorders
· Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
What you’ll need:
Education:Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment.
