Insight Global LOA Coordinator in Brentwood, Tennessee

Job Description

This role oversees the daily administration of leave of absence (LOA) processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client policies.

Administer LOA Requests: Establish new leaves, track ongoing leaves, and communicate updates to team members and managers.

Problem Resolution: Address day-to-day issues within policy guidelines and refer complex cases to management.

Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for LOA-related inquiries from team members and supervisors.

Data Entry and Communication: Enter LOA data, manage email and phone inquiries, and file documents according to department policy.

Payroll Administration: Handle payroll for team members on leave, including sick pay and vacation pay.

Insurance Coordination: Work with third-party insurance carriers on short-term disability claims.

Premium Payments: Process premium payments from team members on leave, including delinquent payments.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal partners on FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADAAA accommodations, and employment termination processes.

Skills and Requirements

1 year of benefits experience

Experience auditing data across systems

Basic Excel knowledge Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Detail-oriented approach to work

Experience working with leaves of absence

Knowledge and experience working with ADP, Kronos, SuccessFactors, or The Hartford

Experience with Vlookups null
