Front Desk and Project Support Agent

Brentwood, TN (In-Office position, NOT Remote)

For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Brentwood, TN office.

    The Successful Candidate Will

  • Be the face of the company as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors and callers

  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area

  • Support various departments by taking on diverse projects, particularly in marketing and social media management

  • Provide chat support for our customers, using AI tools to enhance response times and improve user experience

    Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, emails, and packages

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service through various communication channels

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives as needed

  • Maintain and update office records and databases as required

  • Additional duties in social media and other departments may be assigned

    What You Need for This Role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • A proactive attitude, eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role is a plus
