LifePoint Health Division President in Brentwood, Tennessee
LifePoint Health has an opportunity for a Division President to join our leadership team at the Health Support Center (HSC) located in Brentwood, TN.
The Division President provides strategic direction and operational oversight to facility leadership. Ensures business objectives are met.
The Division President is responsible to:
Support facility leadership and assist with the development of short and long-range objectives, policies, and procedures that align with Division goals and Company guidelines.
Review and approves financial reports, budgets, managed care contracts, and major capital expenditures.
Analyze operating results relative to established objectives and establish steps to ensure objectives are met.
Recommend improvement and/or expansion of operations.
Coordinate Division operations with appropriate Company leadership.
Coordinate and drive implementation of company initiatives, representing LifePoint in the marketplace.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Business Administra-tion (MBA) or related field is required.
Experience:Minimum 15 years related experience. Minimum of five years progressive multi-facility acute care management experience as a President or CEO.
Extensive travel (up to 50%) by land and/or air.
