What you’ll do: As aDirector Clinical Knowledge Management *, you will drive the development of Company-wide, evidence- based order sets and clinical content for Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation that support and embed evidence-based practice and regulatory standard compliance. * * *Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain evidence-based order sets, care plans, and documentation templates. * Coordinate regulatory standards across facilities and EHR systems with evidence-based content. * Maintain a repository of core content, including order sets, documentation, and decision-making information. * Collaborate with governance leaders, stakeholders, and the Unwarranted Care Variation Reduction Team for updates and consistency. * Assemble and lead content-specific teams for documentation development and review. * Serve as the primary contact for documentation requests and governance process development. * Facilitate change management for clinical content and documentation. * Develop educational programs for order set and documentation content owners. * Optimize user experience by collaborating with HSC team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
