Do you have experience leading and motivating a team to reach common goals? In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the tasks of small group of employees and managing under tight deadlines. Individuals with leadership experience especially encouraged to . Work hours: M-F 10pm-6am (must be able to work overtime and weekends during high volumes, incuding holidays) The pay range is between $19-$22/hour depending on skills and how the interview does.

Responsibilities

Responsible for a small (10-12) team of employees; motivating them to reach goals.

Understand printing job requirements by the specifications

Troubleshoot production/ performance issues

Perform quality checks of material being produced

Assist in the training of operators

Additional duties assigned by supervisor

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
