Location

The Product Manager Plastic Semiconductor Equipment is a remote position within United State with preferred locations, Allentown, PA, Metro Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR. Domestic and international travel is required to support business needs.

Your Role:

Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) provides delivery equipment for specialty gas, liquid chemical, slurry as well as parts and carrier clean equipment, associated turnkey installation and services to our global customer base.

As the Product Manager Plastic Semiconductor Equipment, you will be part of a global team that leads successful execution of all task-oriented projects for our product families. You will be an integral part of the success for the liquid chemical delivery equipment product family while leading the day-to-day health and readiness for our POLYFLOW product line. Working closely with the respective Strategic Global Product Manager you will influence and focus a cross-functional team on tactical execution to ensures realization of our long-term vision and to drive continuous business and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lifecycle for our POLYFLOW product line.
  • Develop, execute, and track the business continuity plan (BCP) for POLYFLOW in line with the product family BCP strategy and develop a robust, multi-layer supply chain for all BOM components and outsource manufacturing.
  • Lead specific projects related to product line improvements around safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency as well as cost-down initiatives and ensure successful closure within time and budget.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze product data to support decision-making and product management.
  • Track KPIs and communicate respective results, establish continuous improvements plans for identified gaps and drive improvements.
  • Drive technology transfer between our outsource partners and global sites to ensure a global production footprint.
  • Develop pricing guidelines in line with the global strategy, support customer communication with relevant data.
  • Support global initiatives around market intelligence, voice of the customer and competitive analysis.
  • Work within a global matrix organization and engage, communicate and collaborate across multiple functional teams such as Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and various levels of leadership.
  • Drive synergies and share best practices across the Global Product Management Team

Who you are:

Mi imum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, Engineering / technical discipline, or related subject area
  • 6+ years of successful project / execution / product management or in a related commercial, customer-facing role (B2B)
  • Requires global travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Additional commercial education (e.g., MBA or Business Degree w/ technical background) is a plus.
  • Project management certification is a plus (PMP or other).
  • Curiosity to understand semiconductor industry market trends and competitive factors that will support the development of growth strategies for the DS&S portfolio.
  • Strong business prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture while managing and diving into the details when necessary.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including in English.
  • Skills obtained through military teamwork.
