We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team, focusing on weekend coverage. You will be responsible for the daily operations, implementation, and design input for our network infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Hold a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Possess at least three (3) years of experience in routing and switching (Ethernet, Frame Relay, TCP/IP, etc.) with Cisco CCNA certification or higher. Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in firewall/VPN/security. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Collaborate with WAN Group engineers to address network issues promptly. Open and manage TAC cases when necessary, updating management on ongoing issues. Monitor Spectrum, syslog, and IDS alerts.
