Available Schedules:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• 6-days a week with required Saturdays.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.

• Rebuild machines to original condition.

• Experience with CNC machines and metal forming machines is a plus.

• Manage projects and document processes.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Tool Room, Production Team Leads, or vendors.

• Conduct preventative and unscheduled maintenance.

• Implement maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.

• Maintain records and manage spare parts inventory.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

• Proficiency in fabrication, welding, and machining.

• Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting (power transmission, fluid power, pneumatics).

• Strong mechanical aptitude for close tolerance work.

• Experience with measuring devices (torque wrench, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).

• Proficient in math for calculating dimensions and setups.

• Safety and quality-focused.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
