Description:

Working in the R&D Lab for sauce and dressings recipes Partner with Food Scientists to create products and follow recipes to create batches. They will also be making the products on the bench Test finished product samples with basic Wet chemistry, assays, titrations, Brix, viscosity. Conduct physical and chemical testing on dressings and sauces

Bachelor of science in food science, chemistry and biology without industry experience HS diploma with 3+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment - blending products and conducting physical and chemical testing Top 3 Must Haves - Mixing products and using the recipe to create products - Physical and chem testing - Organization – someone that is thorough and organized and easily pick up the instructions. Other qualifications: - Understand of maintaining a clean lab environment and following GMPS - Need to know Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
