AT&T Specialist Technical Consultant in Bratislava, Slovakia

Job Description:

Purpose: The Technical Sales Support Specialist designs solutions to support custom networking solutions for our enterprise and public sector customers and is part of our multi-service architecture team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consult on technical issues during joint sales calls with the sales team, enhancing the overall sales process.

  • Engage in consulting activities with customers, focusing on selling and supporting company products and systems.

  • Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and the installation and maintenance of company products, ensuring systems function according to specifications.

  • Address customer inquiries related to system software and applications, offering software development and consultation to prospective users.

  • Deliver systems/applications solutions tailored to customers’ business, information, technical, and educational needs.

  • Analyse standard practices, procedures, and data to resolve technical issues.

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision/guidance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Project Management experience

  • This role in non-technical in nature but an understanding of telecommunications products and services would be helpful.

  • Flexibility to attend U.S workday meetings as and when required.

Salary:

Slovakia - base salary from 2,275 EUR/a month gross. The actual salary is based on your skills, experience and knowledge.
