What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for providing HR services support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, time and attendance, leave management, payroll support, letters administration, records management, medical support, offboarding and HR projects . You will work with internal R&D and Sales team members, HR team members, Payroll, Facilities, Compensations & Benefits, Site Operations and other teams on providing employee lifecycle HR services to our team members and leaders.

You will:

  • Provides comprehensive HR operational support, including record keeping, onboarding, offboarding, employment contract management, and visa documentation.

  • Optimizes HR processesto enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Administers team members’ benefits programs, encompassing medical, insurance, pension, and allowances.

  • Implements continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring performance metrics translate into actionable improvement plans.

  • Collaborates with HR functions and payrollto ensure accuracy in pay items and maintains meticulous records management for all employees.

Essential Requirements

  • Master´s degree in Human Resources or Psychology

  • Fluent knowledge of English AND Ukrainian AND Russian AND Slovak

  • 3+ years of experience in providing HR Employee Lifecycle Services

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, OWC) and knowledge of local labor legislation

  • Attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities and great communication skills with strong customer orientation

Salary starting from: 1 550 EUR gross monthly
