The Opportunity

As a ERP PI PO Development Lead you will drive the development of SAP Integrations service operations by monitoring, advising and bringing expertise in defining service management for ERP support in area of SAP Integrations development including internal and external interfaces, making Product Services more agile, product centric and delivering service excellence. You will lead the ICC SAP Integrations Services team ensuring that services are provided in time, with expected high level of quality and high degree of customer satisfaction and you will partner with leaders in the Operating Excellence, Platform and Architectural Services lines to drive continuous improvements of service processes, user experiences, infrastructure and application optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Line management accountability and personaldevelopment of a team of highlyskilledSAP Integrationsdevelopers, and interface orchestrationspecialists.

  • Lead and transformtheSAP Integrationsarchitecture and landscape management aligned to theglobaltemplate [definingtheglobalstandards] withregards to analigned and streamlinedSAP Integrationsdevelopmentexecution; ensuringthatdevelopmentstandards are followed and enhancedifrequired.

  • Executenecessaryrequirements to ensurethatthe ERP integrationenvironmentdelivershigh-quality end user experiences and developrelevant and easy to consumeservices on a consistent and wellsupportableglobalplatform; ensuringscalability and maintenance of services.

  • Influence and leadthesupport to productdevelopments, release management planning and Country deploymentswhilstguardingthetechnicalarchitecture and landscape management.

  • Drivethedevelopment of theproductservices in areas of accountability by monitoring, advising and bringingexpertise in service management to ensurethatProductServicesisacting more agile, productcentric and providingservice excellence.

  • Supportthe design foran IT Service Management Strategy, theexecution and continuousimprovement of thisstrategyforthearea of responsibility (internal) and itspartners. Alignthisstrategy to thevision and missionfortheglobaltechnology user experiences and servicesfunctions as part of the IT strategy.

  • Ensurethat IT Service Management forDelivery Service meetthe Service Level Agreementsagreedwiththestakeholders and can expert complexadvantages, drawbacks and costs of technologies. 

  • Ensurethatthe IT environmentmeetsallapplicableregulatory, quality, legal, and compliancerequirements - includinglicensing of software and dataprotectionacts (DPA, GDPR, etc.).

  • Ensureprograms and projects are delivered in accordancewithallapplicablecompliancerequirements, e.g. JSOX, GxP.

  • Establish, maintain and communicatetheorganization’sstrategyformanaging SAP systems and thepolicies, standards, procedures and methodsnecessary to implementthestrategy

  • InfluenceSAP’sindustry-basedmodelsforthedevelopment of new technologyapplications.

  • ProvidesSAP Integrationsdevelopmentservices to product / projectteams, country deployments and otherprojects

  • IT Service Management for ERP DevelopmentServices

  • Keystakeholders are Product Management, Programs and InnovationInitiatives

Skills and Requirements

  • Min. 10+ years of IT workexperiencewith a minimum 6years of PI/PO development and integrationisessential.

  • Technicalexpertise in multiple SAP/JDE solutionareassuch as SD, MM, PM FI, CO, etc. iskey.

  • ExperiencewithIntegrationPlatform and toolssuch as SAP ProcessIntegration (PI/PO), SAP ALE, SAP CloudPlatformIntegration (CPI) and communicationprotocolssuch as AS2 isrequired.

  • Utilizingindustryintegrationstandardsismandatory, examplesinclude ANSI x12, EDIFACT, etc.

  • PI/PO, BTP-ISDevelopmentexperience, includingdevelopmentdeliveryforfulllifecycleimplementationsfor major applicationimplementation; fromprojectinitiationtillhandover to operations.

  • Capable of understanding and designing of thetechnicalsolutionfromrequirementsgathering, technical design through to code level and promotingupthroughthe SAP landscapeensuringcompliance to alldevelopment and regulatorystandards.

  • Communication – ability to communicateideas and databothverbally and written in a persuasive and appropriatemanner.

  • Data Management – ability to utilizedatacollection, analysis, maintenanceapplication and refinementmethods to makefactbaseddecisions.

  • AnalyticalSkills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and makeappropriatedecisions.

  • Practiceefficienttime management and coordinatestasks, working in aninternationalenvironment.

  • Bachelors or otheradvanceddegree

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
