IQVIA Clinical Scientist - Oncology/Hematology/ CNS/ Internal Medicine (home-based) in Bratislava, Slovakia
IQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Scientist , healthcare and medical expert who is experienced in supporting clinical staff in their work with patients. Your work as Clinical Scientist is very wide-ranging - from support of site staff to Medical Advisors.
Essential Functions
Medical Monitoring Plan preparation and updates
CRA/protocol and TA slides preparation / Protocol Knowledge Review quizzes
Data/slides preparation for Safety Monitoring Committee and/or Dose--Escalation meetings
Data/slides preparation for Safety Review meetings
Assisting TMAs with preparation for Internal KOMs and follow up
Collaborate with Project Leads and Contract Analysts to review and finalize the budgets and future COs
Coordinate medical team activities (e.g., medical TCs, meeting mins, reviews by MDR/MSA/MSS, etc.)
Support TMA review of emerging clinical data (outcomes review for CVM, data reviews in ONC related to specific eligibility criteria, PD log reports, listings from Inform to review trends/ TA/ IRR, liaise with MDR team to improve SAS listings, etc.)
EAC functional leads / EAC Navigators for MEDSV
Provide input on key study documents (e.g., ICF/Annotated Study Book, protocol log amendments, etc.)
Qualifications
Strong scientific background, PhD or PharmD preferred, advanced nursing or other advanced biomedical degree with post-graduate training and/or relevant work experience
Minimum 5 years of clinical trial experience, including a high-skill level of data analysis interpretation.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in a biomedical, life science or similar scientific field 3 years of clinical trial experience, including 2 years of directly relevant therapeutic area(s) experience will also be considered.
English language on business communication level (C1)
Experience with the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, CNS, Internal Medicine
