JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct and administer member service programs designed to provide members with electrical service and energy utilization products on a timely and cost-effective basis, and to enhance the reputation of image of the Cooperative as a member oriented, technologically advanced service organization.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Degree in business, engineering or electrical-related field of study strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Five years' experience within the electric utility industry is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office software required.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Must be knowledgeable about power systems operations and electrical wiring principles, and building practices related to HVAC and other energy conversion systems. Must be knowledgeable about safe working practices.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS:Must possess excellent management and communication skills. Must be organized, innovative and possess strong human relations skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Light work requiring exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force more frequently. Lifting and carrying of 10 to 25 pounds occasionally. Job requires sitting majority of the time. Primarily inside work at a desk with occasional field work. Must be able to use office equipment such as a copier, computer and printer. Must be able to communicate to individuals and small groups. Requires analyzing data and reports, conducting research, implementing recommendations, coordinating people and resources, directing and supervising others, and evaluating performance of others. Skills in developing plans, procedures and goals required. Must be able to present information to others and work under stress.

REPORTING LOCATION:Brandon or Colman service center. Some remote work may be available after fully trained.
