Production Line Leader

Job Description

As a Line Leader, you will perform machine setup to ensure efficient operation of packaging lines. You'll be responsible for product change-overs in accordance with SOP requirements, optimizing time, resource allocation, and performance within manufacturing specifications. Your role will involve maintaining the flow of materials to and from the production area to ensure operational continuity, as well as knowledge of repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily support of packaging equipment in the manufacturing of aerosol products. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting issues, understanding cGMP compliances impacting production, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Hard Skills

• Experience with Machine setup and product change-overs

• Experience working in a GMP environment, within a production setting preferred

• Time and resource optimization

• Min 1+ years of production line lead experience

Work Environment
