Education Qualifications:

NP/PA - Diabetes Program

Brainerd, Minnesota

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• 4 days per week

• Previous diabetes experience preferred; on the job training available

REQUIREMENTS

• NP: Master's degree in nursing

• PA: Bachelor’s degree in a health/science-related field

LOCATION

• Live and work in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area

• 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

• Regional service area population: 115,000

• Area offers fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV, etc. , and home to the Brainerd International Raceway

Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state.Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state.Current certification in CPR.National certification in applicable area.Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice

PA:

Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state.Current certification in CPR.National certification.Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
