Performing punch-out work on new construction projects Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards Communicating with project managers to ensure quality craftsmanship in construction Must have full carpenter tool set including screw & caulk gun

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $26 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks like trash removal, bulb replacement, appliance installation, and general punch item repairs.

• Ensure homes pass

• inspections for new move-ins.

• Review punch list items and coordinate with subcontractors to complete necessary repairs and touch-ups.

• Perform carpentry work to repair or install items such as trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures.

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.

 Qualifications:

• Be at least 21+ years of age

• Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs, use of power drills and tools, self motivator, work part of a team

• Minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required Position may require a drug screen
