We are now recruiting for an Administration Supervisor based out of our Bracknell office

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking team player with a desire to learn within a fast-paced global company.

What are some of the things I will be doing as an Administrator?

• Leading the Admin Hub Support team

• Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team in relation to the recruitment of new administrative staff

• Training of new staff

• Initial point of contact for back office escalations.

• Auditing and raising invoices promptly and accurately

• General administration duties

• General enquiries from staff, internal and external business associates

• Responsibility for monitoring emails and phone calls into the office

• Assist the service leadership team with projects

• Auditing and printing purchase orders for suppliers and ensuring relevant authorisation is obtained

• Liaising with the different branches to resolve queries

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Good communication skills at all levels

• Previously worked in an office environment, ideally leading a team.

• Excellent organisational skills

• Attention to detail

• Computer literate, in particular have strong skills on Excel
