The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Europe at Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Driving profitable sales growth to exceed the OP targets.

• Implementation of the Automotive Division Strategy

• Implementation of the EMEA Portfolio and Operational priorities

• Leading Key Account Customer Engagement (primarily Tiers)

• Leading, supporting and developing the sales teams in the North Europe Region

• Effective partnering and communication with multiple stakeholders

• GKAM Teams/Portfolio/Prog Mgt/Quality/Customer Ops/Enterprise Op/Partner Divisions

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Solid sales and marketing experience

• Excellent level of Customer Management skills

• High Degree of commercial acumen

• Solid Automotive market experience

• Experience in effective communication across multiple countries/cultures

• Proven leadership skills to effectively influence multiple internal stakeholders

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project management, prioritization, communication skills

• Comfortable working in a technical/engineering environment

• International collaboration skills, influencing cross functional teams

Travel: High % expected

Regional Role: This position must be based within the North Europe region, preferably near a 3M hub/Automotive customer hub

Relocation: Not authorized

Location: Hybrid eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to local sites)
