Childcare Worker-Bozeman MT Chad Yurashak, a private household, is looking to fill one childcare worker position in Bozeman, Montana. This is a temporary, full-time, one-time occurrence. We are looking to fill one opening for employment from October 01, 2024 to August 24, 2026.Duties: Perform housekeeping duties related to the toddler child, such as doing the toddler child's laundry; cleaning up after the toddler child, washing dishes used by the toddler child, and used to prepare meals for the toddler child, and change the toddler child's linens. Dress toddler child and change diapers. Track intake of food and number of soiled diapers for toddler child. Proactively address any signs of diaper rash. Track toddler child’s sleep and wake windows (nap times). Keep environment free of choking hazards at all times. Keep straps in rear facing infant car seat up to date on appropriate weight and height adjustments. Identify signs of emotional or developmental problems in toddler child and bring them to parents' or guardians' attention. Sanitize toys and play equipment. Communicate with toddler child's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas. Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments for toddler child. Perform a variety of tasks for toddler child, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play. This is a live-in position.Requirements: Must have High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months experience with the job duties. Terms & Conditions of Employment: $12.65 per hour, at least 40 hrs./wk., Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. & 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday 5:30 A.M to 10:30 A.M. Thursdays off, Saturday: 7:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., Sunday off.: Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed at the rate of $18.98 per hour. Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, either in the U.S. or from abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals, and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a minimum rate of $15.88 per day with a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. The employer will use a single worksheet as its standard for computing the wages due; the pay period is bi-weekly. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions not required by law. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including the first work week.
