Description

We are seeking a PC Technician to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. This role involves a variety of technical tasks, including managing and installing cables, maintaining computer hardware, and troubleshooting software issues. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware such as Dell, IBM, Mac, and Linux technologies

• Install and manage cables in designated locations within the premises, ensuring no cable is higher than 6 feet

• Utilize tools such as cutters for Velcro to secure cables

• Label cables accurately for easy identification and future reference

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving any technical issues they may face

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions

• Use Active Directory and Backup Technologies to manage and secure customer data

• Work with Apple devices and perform AB testing when required

• Ensure all installations and operations comply with the company's safety standards

Requirements • Proficient in Computer Hardware

• Familiar with Dell Technologies

• Knowledgeable in IBM systems

• Competent in Linux Technologies

• Experience with Mac Computers

• Understanding of AB Testing principles

• Proficient in Active Directory management

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge in Backup Technologies
