DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY: As the Lead Worker/Custodian you will display your outstanding customer service skills by satisfy any customer complaints. Complete thorough inspections of all assigned areas. Show your problem-solving ability through leading staff while completing required custodial duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:  * Complete Quality Control Inspections on site to ensure the work meets the specifications of the contract.  * Maintain daily floor care which includes dust mop, sweep, wet mop and spot removal. Complete high speed buffing weekly. Complete stripping and waxing floors as specified in the contract.  * Demonstrates cooperation; effectively forges working relationships with all levels of staff. Must act in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.  * Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory of custodial supplies / equipment including submission of requisitions and recommendations

External Hiring Range: $19.00 up to $21.57/hour

Schedule: Monday -- Friday (6:00am-2:30pm) schedule can vary based on department needs.

Travel Required: Yes, some local travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:  * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  * No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
