Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the machinery manufacturing industry. This role is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States, and involves managing accounts payable in a high-volume environment, resolving discrepancies, and utilizing a range of software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume full cycle accounts payable

• Serve as the primary vendor contact, addressing and resolving any discrepancies

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track data effectively

• Process invoices accurately using QuickBooks and SAP

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure all data is accurate

• Handle check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Stay tech-savvy and up to date with the latest industry tools and practices

• Use Oracle for managing and processing financial transactions

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Machinery Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency

• Proven track record in Invoice Processing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
