Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Bowie, Maryland. The role involves a range of recruitment duties and responsibilities within a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both staff and faculty, from inception to onboarding

• Utilize both traditional and non-traditional sources, including social media and recruitment sites, to proactively source candidates

• Attend job fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events to build a strong pipeline of candidates

• Provide strategic and tactical recruitment advice and support to various departments within the organization

• Conduct training for department staff and supervisors on employment matters

• Review salaries of vacant positions and conduct salary surveys as required

• Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork

• Screen and identify the most suitable talent from available candidates

• Assist in the implementation of specialized programs and training for faculty and staff

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now, Careerbuilder, CRM, Applicant Track System

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, Recruitment - Sourcing

• Ability to conduct Interviews, Phone Interviews, and Schedule Interviews

• Excellent customer service and internal communications skills

• Proficient in Personnel File Maintenance, Recruiting, Time Management, and Workday

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Prior experience with Careerbuilder

• Strong CRM skills

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven background in Corporate Recruiting

• Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing

• Ability to Conduct Interviews effectively

• Experience in Interviewing candidates across various platforms

• Proficiency in conducting Phone Interviews

• Ability to Schedule Interviews efficiently

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong Internal Communications skills

• Experience in Personnel File Maintenance

• Proven track record in Recruiting

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Prior experience with Workday software
