The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive, short-term treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental illnesses. The Shift Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of one or more assigned residential treatment units during assigned shifts including implementation of client treatment, scheduling of Direct Support Professionals, direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals, and maintaining the physical plant. This position will primarily focus on managing the client enrichment center and plan and execute the associated activities. Flexibility will be required in coverage for other Shift Managers in the residential units as needed.
