Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support its rapidly growing U.S. operations. This team helps public sector clients modernize their infrastructure, become more sustainable and resilient, and achieve their visions for healthy, safe and productive communities. Clients include federal, state, county and city governments, K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.

The Regional Marketing Manager will act as a strategic business development partner to our West Region to help the sales team accelerate growth. This position will lead marketing strategy for assigned territories including but not limited to CA, CO and AZ. A key part of this role is client-facing, working closely with sales staff both pre- and post-win to provide communications services to clients seeking to boost their brand reputation as a part of their sustainability project. Client engagements include branding, public relations and community events. In addition, the Regional Marketing Manager will work to increase Schneider's regional brand presence and to plan and execute lead generation campaigns and conferences. This position will require a high producing, exceptionally creative, wickedly smart, and collaborative individual contributor who can pivot on a dime, manage multiple projects at once, and work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders at every organizational level. Position Responsibilities:

Lead your market. Continually assess market trends and opportunities, client needs and the competitive landscape to develop a marketing strategy that best supports regional growth objectives. Develop annual marketing plans to improve brand awareness and accelerate the sales pipeline. Includes campaign planning, budgeting, vendor management and cross-organizational collaboration. Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement highly custom, targeted campaigns. Includes tactics such as e-mail marketing, webinars, social media and advertising.

Delight our clients. Partner with Sales to engage directly with c-level clients such as mayors and superintendents to evaluate client communication and branding needs as a part of their modernization project. Deliver agency-style campaigns on clients' behalf to promote them as leaders in sustainability, champions of community development and communities/schools of choice. Includes branding, PR, videos, websites, social media, community events and more. Help cast a compelling vision of what a public-private partnership with Schneider Electric would be like through sales enablement support such as the development of conference presentations, proposal content and graphics, and sales collateral.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with an energy services company, utility, consulting or financial services company, or a marketing/advertising firm Proven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generation campaigns Keen understanding of sales enablement and the importance of marketing/sales alignment Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Proven project management experience Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Graphic design experience a plus Experience and interest in energy or sustainability industries a plus Personal qualities: self-driven, confident, perseverant, reliable, direct, detail oriented, curious, and creative Writing and work samples must be provided

For this po ition, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
